Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or by post) sent to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

You are responsible for organizing and arranging the return transport.

You bear the full direct cost of returning the goods.

Due to the size and weight of our furniture, return shipping costs may be significant.
The estimated maximum return cost for bulky goods within Germany may be up to EUR 400, depending on the carrier selected and the size and weight of the goods. Costs in other countries may vary.

The goods must be returned in their original condition and adequately protected for transport.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to furniture manufactured according to customer specifications, including but not limited to individually selected dimensions, finishes, surface treatments, materials, or color options.

Where a product is manufactured based on individual configuration selected by the customer, the right of withdrawal is excluded once production has begun.

5. Important Information Regarding Furniture Products

All products are manufactured after an order is placed.

Natural characteristics of solid wood, including variations in grain, knots, texture, and minor color differences, are inherent to the material and do not constitute defects, provided the product conforms to the agreed specifications.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, delivery does not include carrying the goods inside the building or upstairs.

The customer is responsible for ensuring suitable access conditions and, if necessary, arranging sufficient assistance at the time of delivery.
