Shipping policy

1. Delivery Countries

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Germany
  • France
  • Belgium
  • Austria
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
  • Luxembourg

Delivery availability depends on the countries selectable at checkout.


2. Shipping Costs

Germany

Shipping is free of charge for most products.
For selected large items (e.g. sofas, armchairs), delivery costs may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Austria

Shipping is free of charge for selected products such as tables and smaller furniture.
For larger items (e.g. sofas, armchairs), delivery costs apply.

Other European Countries (e.g. France, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg)

Shipping costs depend on the type and size of the product:

– Small furniture and accessories: from €20  
– Medium-sized furniture: from €30–50  
– Large furniture (e.g. sofas, armchairs): €90–150  

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.

There are no hidden fees beyond those shown at checkout.


3. Shipping Origin

All products are shipped from Poland.


4. Production Time

All products are made to order.

The estimated production time is stated on each product page and forms part of the purchase agreement.

Total delivery time consists of:

  • production time stated on the product page
  • transport time

5. Delivery Method

Germany & Austria

Delivery is carried out by a company specialized in furniture transport.
The service is performed by a two-person team and includes carrying the furniture inside the building to the designated room.

Other Countries

Delivery is carried out by a standard courier or transport company (single-person delivery).

In this case, delivery includes transport to the provided address only.

Important information:

Unless stated otherwise, delivery does not include:

  • carrying upstairs (outside DE/AT)
  • unpacking
  • assembly

For deliveries outside Germany and Austria, the customer must ensure adequate assistance due to the size and weight of the furniture.

The carrier may contact the customer by phone to arrange a delivery date or time window.


6. Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer should inspect the goods upon delivery.

If visible transport damage is identified, the customer should:

  • report the damage to the carrier immediately
  • inform us without delay at: info@smreki.de

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect address provided by the customer
  • absence at the agreed delivery time
  • refusal to accept the shipment

additional delivery costs may apply.
