Refund Policy
(Withdrawal Policy for Consumers)
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You are responsible for organizing the return transport.
You bear the full direct cost of returning the goods.
Due to the size and weight of our furniture, return shipping costs may be significant.
The estimated maximum return cost for bulky goods within Germany may be up to EUR 400, depending on the carrier selected and the size and weight of the goods. Costs in other countries may vary.
The goods should be returned in their original condition and adequately protected for transport.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
4. Important Information Regarding Furniture Products
All products are manufactured after an order is placed.
Customers may select dimensions, finishes, and other variants from the available options.
Natural characteristics of solid wood, including variations in grain, knots, texture, and minor color differences, do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return unless the product is objectively non-conforming with the contract.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery does not include carrying the goods inside the building or upstairs.
The customer is responsible for arranging sufficient assistance at the time of delivery.
