Shipping & Delivery

1. Countries We Deliver To

We currently deliver to the following countries:

Germany
France
Belgium
Austria
Czech Republic
Denmark

Delivery is available only to countries selectable at checkout. We do not deliver outside these countries.

2. Shipping Costs

Germany

Shipping to Germany is free of charge.
All prices shown in the store for delivery within Germany include standard shipping costs.

Other Countries (France, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark)

Shipping costs are not included in the product price.
The applicable shipping cost is calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

There are no additional hidden charges beyond those shown at checkout.

3. Shipping From

All goods are shipped from Poland.

4. Production Time

All products are manufactured after the order is placed.

The estimated production and lead time is stated on each product page.
The production time shown on the product page forms part of the sales contract.

Delivery time consists of:

  • the production time stated on the product page, plus

  • the transport time.

5. Delivery Method

Delivery is carried out by a standard courier/transport company (single-person delivery).

Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery does not include:

  • carrying the goods inside the building,

  • carrying upstairs,

  • unpacking,

  • assembly.

Due to the size and weight of the furniture, the customer must ensure adequate assistance at the time of delivery.

The carrier may contact the customer by phone to arrange a delivery date or time window.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer should inspect the goods upon delivery.

If visible transport damage is identified, the customer should:

  • report the damage to the carrier immediately, and

  • inform us without undue delay by email at info@smreki.com.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect address details provided by the customer,

  • absence of the customer at the agreed time,

  • refusal to accept delivery,

additional delivery costs may apply.
